SUBSTANCE: device has pseudorandom sequence generator 1, delay line 2, error detector 3, error counter 4, control signals unit 5, communication switching unit 6, attenuator 7, noise generator 8, interface unit 9, controlled divider 10, first and second band-pass filters 11 and 12, digital-to-analog converter 13, analog-to-digital converter 14, memory unit 15. Said memory unit 15 stores signals of pseudorandom sequence which have been transmitted through transmission circuit of communication equipment under investigation, until sequence is transmitted completely. When transmission is over, pseudorandom sequence from memory unit is sent to receiving circuit of communication equipment and is transmitted in opposite direction.
