SUBSTANCE: device has bidirectional and unidirectional semiconductor elements with negative differential resistance, alternating current power supply, phase lines. Each electrode on panel is connected to unidirectional semiconductor element, which excitation is connected to bidirectional semiconductor element. Unidirectional line elements are connected in series via excitation. Unidirectional column elements are also connected in series via excitation and are connected through load resistor to respective phase line. EFFECT: increased brightness due to excitation of indication board with alternating symmetrical voltage. 4 dwg
