FIELD: microelectronics, measurement technology, scientific research. SUBSTANCE: method measuring dissipated power of electric luminescent indicator consists in measurement of area of hysteresis loop of this indicator with the use of analog-to-digital conversion of voltage proportional to charge on plates of electric luminescent indicator which change determines area of loop characterizing desired value and in simpler process of measurement and algorithm of data processing. According to the latter data of one period of signal are extracted and sum of discretes ( samples ) of first half-period are subtracted from sum of discretes ( samples ) of second half-period to obtain hysteresis characteristic of electric luminescent indicator. EFFECT: simplified measurement process, increased measurement accuracy, automatization of measurement process and computations, possibility to conduct measurements in real time. 2 dwg
