FIELD: control over registration signalling between communication systems, specifically, control over this signalling for international usage. SUBSTANCE: process controlling registration signals R-2 according to countries consists in reception of code of country during time of initial start of communication system, in transfer of value of registration signal R-2 corresponding to code of country to storage, in change of value of registration signal R-2 kept in storage when it was received from outside, in processing of outside signal and in control over registration signals according to countries. EFFECT: provision for selection of needed values of signals thanks to registration, changed registration signals corresponding to particular countries included, and for assignment of needed services of telephone communication. 5 dwg, 11 tbl
