SUBSTANCE: controller of base stations generates packages for transmission to base transceiving stations organized in the form of string circuit and multiplexes these packages for transmission to base transceiving stations. Base transceiving station receives multiplexed packages and demultiplexes them and if packages are intended for this station this station receives them and sends the rest of packages to next base station. In addition base transceiving stations organized in the form of string circuit and connected to another such string circuit of base transceiving stations generate packages for transmission to base transceiving stations and decode transmitted packages. As result of decoding proper demultiplexer transmits packages to corresponding base transceiving station if they are meant for it, it transmits packages to controller of base transceiving stations which is the technical result of invention.
