FIELD: medicine, sexual pathology. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in placement of penis in a condom-like chamber, conducting of a sexual act with the aid of it at alternate creation of low and excessive atmospheric pressure with simultaneous pinching of v.dorsalis penis to the 1-st phase. The device represents a condom-like chamber, whose external surface simulates the penis surface. The part of the device that simulates the glans penis is made for its plastic deformation and complete restoration of the shape in the process of sexual act. The device is furnished with means of fixation-cords-to the scrotum and lower part of the torso. For accomplishment of the latter and for pinching of the vein the device has 4 holes in circumference near its open end. EFFECT: normalized neuroreflex regulation of penis vessels. 6 cl, 7 dwg
