SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Arterial influx is provided to the deep dorsal vein of the penis from the lower epigastric artery pre-mobilized and crossed by retroperitoneoscopic technique. Antegrade end-to-end anastomosis is applied between a lower epigastric artery and a distal end of a deep dorsal vein.
EFFECT: method enables minimizing the invasiveness of the operation, reducing a risk of anastomotic thrombosis, reducing length of rehabilitation and length of hospitalization.
