FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying keratotopography before carrying out photorefraction keratectomy. Then photorefraction keratectomy of cylindrical component is carried out and later on that of spherical component is done. Eximer laser beam is shifted relative to cornea center in the direction of cylinder axis by the same value that keratotopography test has shown when performing photorefraction keratectomy. EFFECT: high accuracy in making vision correction.
