FIELD: biology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the successive applying aqueous solutions of dye 3-dimethylamino-7-diazo-(5'-salicyl)-8-methylphenthiazonium chloride or 3-dimethyl-amino-7-diazo-(5'-acetylsalicyl)-8-methylphenthiazonium chloride and heparin on surface that is able to adsorb and bind chemically dye molecules. Obtained surface shows anticoagulant properties at broad range of the surface heparin concentration depending on concentration of dye solution.
