FIELD: vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: surface of blood-vessel tissue is pretreated with 1% aqueous solution of methylene blue for 8-10 min, after which Acelysin solution, containing 0.1 g acetylsalicylic acid in 1 ml aqueous solution, is applied and hold for 8-10 min. Such procedure allows methylene blue-assisted immobilization of Acelysin on vessel surfaces. EFFECT: reduced number of restenoses and reocclusions during postoperative period. 1 tbl
