FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery, prophylaxis. SUBSTANCE: surface of vessels is treated with 1-% aqueous solution of methylene blue for 5-7 min. Then acelysine solution is applied at 0.1 g/ml concentration for 8-10 min. Then it is treated with heparin at 5000 U/ml for 3-5 min. The method enables to receive athrombogenic and antiphlogistic properties of the vessels' surface. It prevents reocclusions occurring after operations conducted upon the main vessels.
