FIELD: separation of milk and other products. SUBSTANCE: rotor has base, cover joined to it and stack of separating inserts positioned on insert holder. Rotor is provided with holes for unloading of thickened fraction from slime space and piston for their periodic opening mounted in base. Rotor is fitted with facility for continuous unloading of thickened fraction from slime space. It consists of inclined channels with throttle heads installed in them. Every channel is positioned so that projection of its axis on rotor plane of rotation makes up angle of 2 to 90 deg. with its radius. In this case, channel direction is opposite to that of rotor rotation. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 dwg
