FIELD: shipbuilding; floating platforms and methods of assembly of such platforms. SUBSTANCE: floating platform includes semi-submerged vessel, at least two pontoons, floating columns rising from these pontoons, deck supported by columns and shaft including hull and at least two caissons located on side edges of raft or near them. Floating caissons are mounted slightly above upper surface of hull as compared with vertical draft of pontoons of semi-submerged vessel in unballasted state. Pontoons of vessel are rigidly secured to upper surface of raft hull. Method of assembly of floating platform comes to ballasting the raft to such position when its upper surface is submerged to depth exceeding draft of unballasted vessel. Vessel is positioned above raft hull between floating caissons on side edges of raft. Then raft is unballasted so that pontoons are emerged and vessel is rigidly secured to upper surface of raft hull. EFFECT: enhanced stability of floating platform at severe weather conditions; possibility of storage of oil in open sea. 10 cl, 4 dwg
