FIELD: drilling and oil production off-shore platforms. SUBSTANCE: low-draft drilling and oil production off-shore platform has floating hull on which one or several modules or decks may be mounted for supporting the equipment of drilling rig, auxiliary fixtures and cabins for personnel. Drilling and/or oil production will be effected through central well in hull. Hull is provided with fixed ballast, oil storage zone, voids and variable ballast for forming counter-weight for lighter weight of oil. Hull has rather small water-plane. Hull is so constructed that roll and pitch periods are unbalanced relative to waves in zone where this structure is placed. EFFECT: low cost of design; reduced time for its adoption; reduced effect of weather on drilling processes. 4 cl, 8 dwg
