FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: method is used in development of flooded gas-condensate deposit. According to method, brine water is withdrawn through flooded wells. Bed pressure in deposit is reduced by withdrawing brine water. Clamped gas is released and conditions are created for its fluidity. Gas is recovered from watered zones and produced is water-gas mixture consisting of clamped gas and penetrated water directly in porous medium. Condensate is obtained by means of water-gas mixture. Its readiness for utilization is determined according to amount of accumulated water brought from well which is defined from relation brought forward in description given in description of invention. In period of producing water-gas mixture in bed, recovery of brine water is performed at pressure gradient not exceeding value of initial gradient of filtration of water-gas mixture. At condensate recovery period, set in bed is gradient which exceeds this value. Application of aforesaid method ensures increased recovery of condensate with active area beyond contour.
