FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: gear includes bed frame with two props and guiding frame and separable support mounted on it. The latter carries two rigid plates to support sample. Clamping rest is placed in guiding frame. It is made of two parts and wedge located between them. Under lateral deformations of sample displacement of part of clamping rest that touches plate supporting sample occurs. With this wedge displaces perpendicular to axis of clamping rest. EFFECT: enhanced degree of relative deformation of sheet material with uniform linear stressed state. 3 dwg
