SUBSTANCE: gear has generator of linear frequency modulation connected via coupler, preamplifier, delay unit, power amplifier and output of another coupler to transmitting antenna which second output is coupled via delay unit and attenuator to first input of switch. Spatially separated receiving antennas are connected via switches, mixer coupled to first coupler, high-frequency filter and rejection filter to information input of amplifier of signals of long-range frequencies whose output is connected to input of analog-to-digital converter which outputs are connected to first inputs of personal computer. Second input of personal computer is connected to position transmitter and first, second and fifth outputs of personal computer are connected to control inputs of amplifier of signals of long-range frequencies, inputs of information display and generation unit and inputs of digital-to- analog converter whose output is connected to input of generator of linear frequency modulation and control input of amplifier of signals of long-range frequencies. Third and fourth outputs of personal computer are connected to control inputs of switches.
