Ven for measuring any difference that may occur relative to each capacitor between evaluated mean charge voltage and mean rated value of capacitor charge, facility VEC1, VEC2, VECn for ensuring adequate difference signal, and correction control facility BT, EC1, EC2, ... Ecn that receives mentioned difference signals and invokes arrangement of at least one temporary connection between two capacitors to correct this difference.
