FIELD: medicine, oncology, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method involves an ambulant immunocorrection at preoperation period by intraperitoneal administration of T-activin (100 mcg in 1 ampoule per a day for 10 days) at simultaneous intraperitoneal chemotherapy by the following schedule: at the 1-st day: 1-2 g of cyclophosphane; at the 2-d day: 150-200 mcg of platinum derivative depending on the weight of patient.
