FIELD: general surgery. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treating wounds, burns, trophic ulcers, and also healing coatings in skin transplantation procedures. Coating additionally contains proteoglycane aggregates of cartilage of agricultural animals, sulfated glycoseaminoglycanes from cornea of agricultural animals, and cattle pericardium collagen so that coating is composed of, wt %: vegetable- origin polysaccharides 2-75, proteoglycane aggregates 0.01-1, cornea sulfated glycoseaminoglycanes 0.02-1, pericardium collagen 0.01-1, fluororubber - the balance. Film is made with additional at least single- layer coating on both sides containing above-named additional components taken in any proportions. EFFECT: improved healing potential.
