FIELD: stomatology. SUBSTANCE: bone is cut into particles 1x1x1 cm in size, which are treated with enzymes, additionally defatted, and disintegrated in liquid nitrogen to form crumbs 7 to 700 mcm in size. The latter are treated with 1% hydrogen peroxide, centrifuged, retreated with papain solution, washed with purified water, boiled at least once for 1 h, dried at 110-120 C, and mixed with material containing bi- and/or trivalent metal salts, collagen, sulfated glycosaminoglycanes, and water in specified proportions. Material is used in stomatology to prepare gels, granules, and powders. EFFECT: increased degree of removal of fibrillar protein (collagen) and glycoproteins responsible for antigenicity of tissue.
