FIELD: general surgery. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treating wounds, burns, trophic ulcers, and also healing coatings in skin transplantation procedures. Coating additionally contains proteoglycane aggregates of cartilage of agricultural animals at following coating composition: 2-75% of vegetable-origin polysaccharides, 0.01- 1% of proteoglycane aggregates, 0.01-1% of cattle pericardium collagen, and fluororubber - the balance. Film is made with additional at least single-layer coating on both sides containing above-named additional components taken in any proportions. EFFECT: improved healing potential.
