SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to combustiology and surgery. The technique involves preliminary abrasion of a wound and application of fibroblasts on the wound surface. The fibroblasts are distributed in a gel mixture. Said gel mixture contains a serum-free nutrient medium and methylcellulose in amount 1.0 - 3.0 wt %.
EFFECT: method prolongs viability of the cells applied on the wound, prevents occurrence of allergic reaction.
