FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: coating is monolayer film made of fluoro-containing rubber taken at amount 25-98 wt.-% and water-soluble polysaccharides of the plant origin taken at amount 2-75 wt.-%. Coating is obtained by mixing fluororubber latex and polysaccharide aqueous solution up to the homogeneous state followed by distribution of the obtained mass on flat surface and drying. Coating is used for the burned wound treatment. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of coating. 6 cl, 2 tbl
