FIELD: medical facilities; applicable in mass-exchange processes, such as oxygenation or dialysis of blood. SUBSTANCE: device has alternating chambers of blood and exchange medium, consisting of in parallel connected packages including semipermeable membranes and supporting members with sealing flanges located over perimeter, through holes on two opposite sides, hollows between holes, collectors in form of channels for inlet and outlet to through holes and also tightening device. Additionally introduced is thermosensitive locking device which consists of cover installed on axle and thermosensitive locks. Axle is secured to upper cover of mass-exchange device, and thermosensitive locks are installed in device upper cover and engageable with recesses made in cover of locking device and cover for mass-exchange device. Locking device is installed so that in its initial position it closes inlets to pipe unions of inlet and output of blood and exchange medium, and after attaining the preset temperature, it may be turned to position opening the access to pipe unions. Thermosensitive locks are made of bimetal or of metal with shape memory. EFFECT: higher reliability of device due to introduction of thermosensitive locking device. 3 cl, 9 dwg
