FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: mass exchange apparatus has blood chambers and exchange medium chambers arranged in alternation and composed of packs connected in parallel. Packs have semipermeable membranes, supporting members with sealing flanges running along their perimeter, through openings on their opposite sides, and draw bar. Supporting members are provided with slots positioned between through openings, which are connected with slots via radial channels. Apparatus is further provided with optical dissipator disposed in opening of supporting member so that blood may flow through it. Optical dissipator has light guide and connector fixed in lower cover and connected through optical cable to laser output. Apparatus may be used for providing mass exchange processes, such as blood oxygenation or dialysis, so that blood discharged from apparatus has improved quality. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 8 dwg
