FIELD: medical devices for connection of vessels and reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: the device has a base installed on the vessel and having a continuation in the form of a flange forming an inner bore, and a piston made for slip in this inner bore, and a piston made for slip in this inner bore in the space between the position of release relative to the vessel plug and the position of transmission, in which the hollow needle fastened on the piston passes through the plug. A sealing edge is provided on the inner surface of the bore opposite the piston, or on the surface of this piston, this edge is made so as to provide sealing when it rests on the piston or on the inner surface of the bore in that case when this piston is in the position of transmission. EFFECT: provided piercing of the vessel plug along its axis and creation of the volume of retention, thus preventing leakages of preparation from the vessel onto the piston and user's hands. 10 cl, 6 dwg
