SUBSTANCE: tubular housing of vessel has locking device with solid peripheral collar placed with inclination inside housing before activation of vessel and hermetically closing the housing and dividing it into two chamber, each filled up one of substances. Locking device has two zone, one of which is partially torn by fingers under action of activated pressure and the other which is not broken under action of pressure and holding the locking device in place in housing after activation. Detachable sleeve is provided to prevent spontaneous activation of vessel. EFFECT: simplified use, reduced pressure required for activation of vessel. 7 cl, 5 dwg
