FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed positive-displacement machine can be used as internal combustion engine or as compressor. Machine has housing accommodating two rotors arranged one inside the other with relative eccentrically, sealing member, intermediate member engaging with both rotors and with housing to form working chambers. Intermediate member is made in form of piston unit consisting of two opposite piston rigidly coupled in rear by members with slots parallel to each other. Inner rotor arranged inside piston unit is made of axle-shafts, and end face members rigidly interconnected inside outer rotor. Outer rotor is provided with two opposite cavities with walls parallel to each other and to rotor axis coinciding with axis of rotation of housing.
