FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: double-circuit rotor machine consists of case with internal cylinder boring and channels for supply and withdrawal of working medium. It is equipped with a circular cavity, a rotor, a separating device and blades. The circular cavity is restricted with end covers. The rotor has channels for supply and withdrawal of working medium and is installed in rotation supports. The separating device divides the circular cavity into two hydraulic independent circuits. The blades are mounted on a rotor hub. The circular cavity is formed between the case and the rotor. A rotating separating expandable ring corresponds to the separating device dividing the cavity into two separate hydraulic independent circuits. The expandable telescopic ring is positioned in the circular cavity with runout and consists of separate elements drawn together one relative to another in circumferential direction. Elements of the ring are connected each with its blade through a slit aperture by means of a movable joint. The movable joint facilitates element glide along the blade in radial direction and rotate on it with restriction around its axis parallel to the rotor.
EFFECT: reduced weight and dimension indices, increased strength, reliability and resource of machine.
