FIELD: instrument making. SUBSTANCE: speed regulator has rigid ferromagnetic ring connected with output shaft and contacting with its frictional edge with inner frictional race of immovable ring-wheel to form roller pair. Magnetic field wave deformation generator is formed as annular modulator provided with ferromagnetic shoes and connected to input shaft. Annular modulator is positioned in annular magnetic gap defined between permanent magnets and/or inner annular magnet (pole tip) and rigid ferromagnetic ring. Frictional race or edge of speed regulator may be made within rigid ferromagnetic ring for contacting with frictional edge or race fixed on surface of partition wall or annular strip, which is connected with base and inner annular magnet (pole tip) by annular strip to define hermetical separating wall. Ferromagnetic shoes of annular modulator are made from magnets, which are magnetized in radial direction and distributed on predetermined area. Ferromagnetic shoes may be formed as two semicircular rings fixed on both sides of diamagnetic ring-disk and magnetized in opposite directions. In such case ferromagnetic ring is magnetized in direction opposed to that of immovable circular magnet. Speed regulator with flat rigid ferromagnetic rings is formed on torsion and conical ring. Rigid ferromagnetic ring and immovable annular magnet, as well as semicircular rings are axially magnetized in opposite directions. Speed regulators may be disposed within magnetically soft screen. Race covered with hard frictional material is made profiled, in particular, conical. EFFECT: increased noise stability, minimum invariable load in input shaft, improved precision, reduced dimensions and wider measuring and conversion capabilities. 10 cl, 6 dwg
