FIELD: heating systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device provided transmission of heat from electrically heated water in pipe. Room floor is heated by delivering electric energy through copper wire laid lengthwise the pipe filled with water. Device has pipe with electrically heated water arranged under room floor in form of plane. Pipe has copper wire laid length-wise the pipe.
