SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating devices for fluid medium. Capillary heater based on proximity effect for fluids contains: at least one capillary tube (1) configured to receive a heated fluid medium and connected to electrical connections (2) configured to supply electric voltage to said capillary tube (1); microfilter (9) connected to said capillary tube (1) and configured to remove lime particles present in fluid medium; electronic control board (4) connected to said capillary tube (1) and configured to control flow and temperature of fluids; and nozzle (7) connected to said capillary tube (1) and intended for outlet of heated fluids from capillary heater based on proximity effect.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at energy saving during heating of fluid medium.
