Abstract RU 2138879 C1

FIELD: flaw detection, medicine, security systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed X-ray tube has cathode with electron-optical system, anode which one part on side of cathode as minimum is made from refractory monocrystalline material, for instance, wolfram. Electrostatic device deflecting electrons is placed between cathode and anode. Mentioned part of anode has thickness not less than length of dechannelling of electrons in material. One of systems of monocrystalline planes or atomic chains in volume of monocrystalline material is oriented in parallel to direction of motion of electron beam with precision up to 0.5 deg. Electron beam is formed by electron-optical system with divergence not more than 0.1 deg under voltage not less than 100.0 kV. EFFECT: enhanced intensity of X-ray radiation of tube without growth of thermal load on anode. 1 cl, 1 dwg
