FIELD: radioactive protection materials. SUBSTANCE: material has three- dimensional structure of dielectric substrate, which is covered by metal layer, which maximal thickness of one side of substrate is greater than maximal thickness of layer on another side of substrate. Substrate is designed as fabric from synthetic threads or fibers. Conducting non-metal layer with high electrical resistance in range of 0.8-70 kOhm is provided between substrate and metal layer. Conducting non-metal layer is made from metal sulfides. Metal layer is made using nickel. In addition it has at least one metal from group of iron, copper, cobalt, magnesium, silver, chrome, zinc, aluminum, gold, platinum. Difference in maximal thickness of metal layer on opposite sides in range of 0.05-5 mcm. EFFECT: increased human protection, electromagnetic compatibility with electronic equipment, decreased cost and usage of raw materials, facilitated manufacturing, decreased weight, increased flexibility, air-tightness, facilitated use. 8 cl, 1 dwg
