SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and computer engineering. Material contains flexible base and protection coating. Protection coating consists of iron oxide and lead oxide compounds with filler made up from a mixture of glue, glass, ceramics, lacquer, enamels, paints or paint oil, natural polymer, heterorganic polymer, foam plastic and polyethylene. Film-forming material solutions are used as lacquer. Polystyrol, polyvinylchloride, polyurethane and epoxy resin may be used as foam plastic material.
EFFECT: effective protection of signal from electromagnetic and radiation effects, external and internal effects, reduced distortions while preserving friendly signal.
