FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of maximum inspiratory mouth pressure and minute respiratory volume; calculation of power of training load on veloergometer with consideration of said parameters; assessment of prognosis of treatment efficiency with the help of discriminant equation on the bases of measured maximum inspiratory mouth pressure and minute respiratory volume. The required power of training load is determined with taking into account of state of contraction ability of respiratory muscles, and also by prognostication of training efficiency. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment.
