FIELD: medicine, pulmonology, curative physical training.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restorative therapy in patients with bronchial asthma at excessive body weight at in-patient stage. It is necessary to apply the dosed physical loads at a special training equipment. At in-patient stage of therapy it is important to carry out a 2-stage 2-wk-long course, that is preliminary stage - 3 procedures, training stage - 9 procedures. Moreover, the duration of the main part of each procedure, when the load has been fulfilled at the most intensity, corresponds to 7-10 and 10-15 min corresponding to the above-mentioned stage by taking into account a patient's individual tolerance. Moreover, load dosing during fulfilling the main part of each stage should be matched according to training heart rate (HRt strokes/min) by the following formula: HRt=HRrest+▵HR/W'(w/kg)×Nt, where ▵HR/W'(strokes/W/kg) -HR trend in strokes - the gain of the value against initial one in rest up to maximal one at load to maximal specific power (W', W/kg); Nt - calculated optimal training load (W/kg) determined by the following formula: N1×(T-4), where N1 (W/kg) - power that corresponds to the step 1 of the work, that is 10% against prognostic maximal physical working efficiency divided by a patient's body weight, T - the greatest quantity of the fulfilled steps at veloergometry. The innovation enables to increase physical working efficiency in patients with bronchial asthma at excessive body weight at early stage of restorative therapy.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
