FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: veloergometric load with fixed heart rate is performed. The course of bicycle training is performed at the in-patient treatment stage, the load intensity is calculated by formula: where is the submaximal rated power of load (W), used daily, N1 is the power (W) of the second stage of testing - 10% power of maximal exercise performance - starting value of load; T is the maximal fulfilled test stages, the load intensity is maintained at the level of training heart rate (HRT), the HR beats/min is calculated by formula: HRT=75%AHR+HR of rest, where AHR is increase from the initial level to maximal one, determined at the exercise peak.
EFFECT: method eliminates and decreases intensity of pulmonary hypertension in compensatory stage; reduces in-patient treatment time by increasing tolerability to exercise in patients with bronchial asthma.
