FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopedics; treatment of hip joint. SUBSTANCE: method includes uncovering and dissection of tendon-muscle complex of greater trochanter with external-front access to hip joint, with its mobilization to front and rear with underlying bone to produce front and rear tendon- bone-muscle flaps which, after setting of head into hollow and bringing of femur out of pathologic external installation, are sutured to one another and fixed by transosseous sutures to greater trochanter that restores optimal length of front and rear arms of hip joint and eliminates defective external rotation of femur.
