FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics and traumatology. During a procedure, tendons of a group of external hip rotators are separated from an attachment point on the hip. A femoral endoprosthesis is installed. The hip is repositioned from the external rotation. It is followed by transposition of the tendons of the group of external hip rotators on an intertrochanteric crest to be transosseously fixed to the intertrochanteric crest by Lavson polyester filaments.
EFFECT: method provides elimination of the external rotational hip contracture, maintenance of the integrity of the group of external hip rotators, prevented of postoperative complications.
