FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method of preparing albumin is based on a single-stage method of an acid-heat denaturation of inactive proteins and involves the preliminary stage of the purification at pH 4.0-4.2, optimization of all parameters of an acid-heat denaturation of inactive proteins and alternation of conditions of precipitation of albumin. Analysis of obtained data showed their electrophoretic purity (97-98%, not less), low content of heme-pigment (0.1 mg/g of protein, not above). The yield of albumin is 3.8-4.8 g/1 kg placenta weight.
