FIELD: medicine, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing lipids from animal raw. Method is based on two-stage fractionation of extract prepared with the use of carbon dioxide with ethyl alcohol. Fractionation is carried out due to alternation of final concentration of ethyl alcohol in solution of fraction mixture from 75% to 50%, temperature (from 10 C to 30 C) and thermostatic control time (from 16 h to 48 h).
