FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: syringe 1 has cylinder 2 with reciprocating piston 6 provided with channel 11 for liquid between ends of piston 6. External end of piston 6 is coupled to needle. Tubular casing 40 open at its ends and having needle and hand ends slides along cylinder 2. It is secured to piston 6 for arrangement around cylinder 2 when piston 6 is at hand end of cylinder 2. Piston 6 may be detached selectively from casing 40 and may move after this detachment and draw out cylinder 2 from casing 40 for selective pulling of needle facility 3 secured to piston 6 inside casing 40.
