Liquid passes through the head and body, the passage is located inside the enclosure forming a single structure together with the head located outside the enclosure, the structure communicates hydraulically, the body is made for fixation inside the enclosure by the piston engagement structural members. The cylinder is made for sliding on the head and enclosure during empting for releasing the piston engagement structural members and catching the freed piston, the piston has an opportunity of back sliding from the extreme extended position for the return of the freed piston from the enclosure to the safety locked position relative to the enclosure.
