FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: syringe has device for automatic clamping of needle and facilities for needle retraction inside syringe at the end of injection. Syringe also includes external cylinder 1 which has the first and second holes 2, 3 positioned at its ends and internal cylinder 7 provided with third hole 11 at the end fitted with its closing facilities 12. Syringe also has needle 6 provided with head 14, means 33, 34 for packing closing facilities 12, spring device 29 designed to press needle 6 to closing facilities 12, spring-loaded device 17, 21 for clamping and releasing the external end of needle 6, membrane 35 made integral with closing facilities 12 for bending prior to being broken, as well as means 17, 18 designed to prevent access inside syringe and fastening devices which preclude internal cylinder removal through nearest end 2 of syringe.
