FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: prior to operation, chambers 38 and 46 of container are filled with certain amount of inert gas to required preset pressure. Chamber 46 is filled up by removing disk 34 and moving piston 40 upwards until lower sealing ring 44 gets into slot in cylinder 36. Then compressed air is delivered from upper hole into container 32 into space between piston 40 and cylinder 36 and it passes through slot. Part of air gets into chamber 46 and part passes through hole into chamber 38. Then piston is moved down and disk 34 is set in indicated position and is fixed by any method. In this position circular seal 42 engages with corresponding parts of inner wall of cylinder 36 to prevent flow of compressed air from chamber through space between piston 46 and cylinder 36.
