FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to oncology and can be used to treat malignant neoplasms of the face, the crotch and groin area. To this end, local adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy is carried out. Thus after processing the affected area with an antiseptic simultaneously subjected to ultrasonic cavitation of Sonoca unit 180 at a frequency of 25 kHz for 10 minutes. As a conductor of ultrasound, a mixture of 50 ml of physiological sodium chloride solution and a solution containing 100 mg of 5-fluorouracil. Feed rate of the mixture 120-130 drops per minute. Interval between treatments seven days for tumors up to 5 cm in diameter, and three days for large lesions. Treatment procedures 3-5 depending on the performance impact on the affected area.
EFFECT: it provides a way to create conditions for the destruction of tumor cells with minimal cosmetic damage or creating conditions to reduce the tumor mass before further surgery without the use of complex cosmetic effects.
