FIELD: manufacture of ash concrete products with additive of high-calcium ashes containing not more than 15% of free calcium oxide. SUBSTANCE: added to 60-80 % of amount of water required to prepare concrete mix are magnesium chloride in amounts of 1.5-3.00 by weight of high-calcium ash and industrial lignosulfonate in amounts of 0.035-0.045% by weight of high-calcium ash. This amount of water is stirred with magnesium chloride and industrial and also with high- calcium ash for 2-3 minutes in high-speed turbulent mixer or turbulent-type activator (for heavy concretes). This done, cement, filler and residual water (20-40% of amount of water required for preparing concrete mix), and ash suspension, cement, filler and residual water are mixed for 1 minute. EFFECT: longer service life of concrete by using claimed method of preparing concrete mix, that is strength, frost resistance, water resistance and atmosphere resistance of concrete. 1 tbl
