FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: suspension polycondensation of vinyl chloride is carried out in the presence of radical initiator, protective colloid and modifier. Modifier includes 0.4-0.6 wt % of chlorinated paraffin monomer comprising 45-49 % of chlorine and having C9-C21 polymeric chain. Method makes it possible to improve processibility of suspension polyvinyl chloride to obtain plasticized products. EFFECT: more efficient suspension polycondensation method. 9 ex, 1 tbl
